Spring Nelson

Spring began her career in the SBA category while serving as in-house counsel at a prominent bank, which was in the top ten of SBA lending. She enjoyed working in this ever-changing category, embracing the opportunity to consistently keep up to date on the constant rule changes and policy updates. After building the legal department and rising to senior council at the bank, Spring made the transition to the law firm side, joining the Jellum team in 2020.

At Jellum, Spring is inspired every day to serve her clients and, through her cases, help others accomplish their dreams of opening small businesses. She thrives on problem-solving and collaboration to resolve complex issues. Spring’s strong work ethic, team-building skills and positive attitude have served her clients well and were key factors in her well-deserved elevation to Partner in 2023.

Spring lives with her dog Frosty and enjoys playing tennis, hiking, kayaking, camping and spending quality time with family and friends especially in her favorite vacation destination, Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
