Lindsay W. Cremona

Partner

“When it comes to litigation, you want to be conscientious and tenacious.”

Attorney Lindsay Cremona

About

Lindsay has always wanted to tell people’s stories. As a litigator, Lindsay gets to do just that. Lindsay strives to provide her clients with top-tier advice on how to best mitigate risk while preparing for trial should a matter not resolve. In the courtroom, Lindsay is a strong advocate for her clients, while giving them the opportunity to tell their story. As approachable as she is forthright, Lindsay is a tenacious litigator who is laser-focused on attention to detail and clear communications.

Following the completion of her law degree in 2012, she joined Jellum. 7 years later, in 2019, Lindsay became the first female and youngest person to earn Partner at the firm.

As Partner and litigation team lead, Lindsay immerses herself in cases involving complex civil litigation and bankruptcy matters, including breach of contract claims, enforcement of UCC rights, and fraud claims. Lindsay also works with financial institutions to protect their interest in loan collection and liquidation, as well as regulatory compliance for the U.S. Small Business Administration government-guaranteed lending programs.

Lindsay has significantly grown the landlord tenant caseload for the firm while also serving as an expert and speaker. Lindsay has served as a speaker on bankruptcy law, SBA loan compliance, and loan servicing and collection best practices.

Lindsay has been named Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019 through 2026, which recognizes the top 5% of lawyers in the state as Super Lawyers. Rising Stars recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys – no more than 2.5% are selected in each state.

Lindsay lives with her family on an old horse farm. When she is not at work, she volunteers for Habitat for Humanity as a member of the Hard Hat Black Tie Gala committee, serves as a city councilmember for her city, is a Cub Scout den leader, and enjoys pottery, writing, and reading.
