Jason Adams joined the Jellum litigation team as a Senior Associate in 2026 after spending over two decades representing creditors in litigation for commercial and consumer collections. While practicing at one of the nation’s largest creditor’s rights law firms, Jason honed his skills as a dedicated litigator who strives to bring a positive attitude to even the most challenging cases.

With his extensive litigation experience, Jason focuses on problem-solving and being a steady presence, helping both clients and small businesses work through their legal issues to achieve satisfactory resolutions. He most enjoys fostering a collaborative environment when working with clients and colleagues.

Jason lives with his family and enjoys all forms of cycling, including winter biking, as well as traveling, especially to the national parks (Zion is his favorite).
