Spring Nelson has been a commercial loan closing attorney with Jellum Law, P.A. since 2020, primarily focusing her practice on U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”)and United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) Rural Development loans. Since joining the firm, Spring has assisted Jellum Law’s lender clients in closing over $250 million in commercial loans. Prior to joining the firm, Spring practiced for several years as in-house counsel for a recognized SBA lending institution.
Spring is a 2015 cum laude graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2012 with majors in Secondary Education, Legal Studies and History.
