Troy Eickoff

Troy has been an integral part of Jellum for over 20 years. In 2003, Troy joined the firm, working on commercial loan transactions, real estate and corporate law. Looking to expand on his interest in commercial lending, he left 4 years later to serve as in-house counsel at Wells Fargo. While at the bank, he gained experience in SBA lending. In 2009, he rejoined Jellum and hasn’t looked back.

As Partner and transactional team lead, Troy helps guide and grow the SBA lending business. Over the past 2 decades, he’s been a key factor in the firm’s exponential expansion within the SBA loan category. He particularly enjoys working on loan structures and embraces the complexities of this ever-changing program. Through open and honest communications, Troy builds long-lasting client relationships while also mentoring colleagues on his team.

Troy lives with his wife and enjoys spending time with their adult daughter, coaching youth sports, hiking, fishing and traveling, most recently to stunning Vancouver.
