John Kuehl Commercial Litigation Attorney

About

As a member of the litigation team since 2022, John represents financial institutions, landlords, and contractors in a wide range of civil matters. Before law school, he worked for a non-profit assisting low-income individuals. The desire to help people on a broader scale led him to earn his master’s degree in public and nonprofit administration and then a law degree.

Prior to joining Jellum, John practiced law in the suburbs of Minneapolis and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Christian Sande in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District.

At Jellum, John delivers strategic well-reasoned solutions that best address the needs of his clients. He thrives on the variety each day brings and enjoys digging into unique challenges that he can creatively solve to the satisfaction of all parties. As a collaborator and problem-solver, John takes great pride in building long-lasting relationships with his clients and colleagues.

John lives with his wife, three children and dog (Marty). He makes the most of every moment by starting his day early, and enjoys exercising, PC gaming, kayaking and being outside as much as possible.
