As a Jellum Law Shareholder and Partner, Garth is a foundational leader at the firm. Joining in 2006, Garth has led the litigation team for over a decade, focusing primarily on conventional loan cases. Garth brings an introspective, deliberate approach to his caseload. In particular, he values the long-lasting client relationships he continues to build.
Garth’s litigation philosophy is about taking a pragmatic approach toward resolution while minimizing risk for his clients. Within the firm’s culture of collaboration he helped establish, Garth is a steady, knowledgeable team player and mentor to his colleagues.
In his spare time, Garth is an avid golfer, hitting the local links during Minnesota summers. In winter, he and his clubs travel west to golf-friendlier climates. Also an adventurer, Garth has explored the wonders of southeast Asia, including Komodo Island, home to wild Komodo dragons and rare pink beaches.
